About Us

Allow me to introduce myself; my name is Davina, I originate from Newfoundland. If you’ve ever called or visited us, I have probably had the pleasure of serving you. If you've ever had an online interaction with us that would be me.

This is my husband, Viet, he originates from Vietnam. You’ll also see him around the shop mostly taking care of chores and helping customers at times.

Viet’s parents first purchased Tommy’s Pizza back in 2015. His dad with over 30 years of experience working in Pizza shops around the area. Since the beginning, both Viet and I worked in the shop. You would have seen Viet around the shop and myself doing deliveries on weekends part-time from my full-time job. In 2019 while on maternity leave for our oldest we got pregnant with our youngest. At this time our parents wanted to step back from the business and this was the perfect time for us to take the lead. You will still see our parents around the shop from time to time working part-time with us.

Viet and I are stepping back a bit from being in the store full time to work on the other aspects of the business that need attention so you may not see us as frequently as before.

I love seeing you! Customer service and conversation are where I shine. I’ve worked in customer service for the past 20 years and I can never see myself NOT making these connections. ❤

These are our children our reason. We are a family business and our dreams for Tommy’s has always been to have a work/home balance where we can do WHAT WE LOVE while still being present with WHO WE LOVE.
